Terms of Use

1. Purpose
Aneonymat detects the personal data in a document and masks it, in two modes of your choice: - Reversible pseudonymisation: replacement with tokens; an encrypted mapping lets you restore the original. - Permanent anonymisation: irreversible redaction, no mapping kept, no re-identification possible.
2. Account and access
An account requires a confirmed email address. A visitor mode (pay-per-use) is available; the visitor then receives a key file essential for re-identification.
3. Human review
No document is produced without the user's confirmation via the review screen.
4. Limits
Automatic detection is not infallible; human review is the safeguard.
5. Pricing
Plans and quotas described on the Pricing page. Payments via Stripe, in CHF.
6. Retention
In reversible mode, the mapping is kept for 30 days by default, extendable, then purged.
7. Governing law
