Aneonymat offers reversible pseudonymisation (re-identifiable via an encrypted mapping) and permanent anonymisation (irreversible, no mapping).

Data processed
Account (email, Argon2-hashed password, sector); documents and encrypted mapping.
Encryption
Each dossier has its own key (DEK). Original values are stored encrypted.
Retention
Reversible mode: TTL 30 days by default. Permanent mode: no mapping. Deleting the account = full purge.
Sub-processors
Infomaniak (hosting), Mistral (OCR), Stripe (payment).
